Please read these Terms carefully before using the 2320 platform. Accessing the platform means you accept these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the 2320 platform, you are deemed to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply only to individuals consciously using the platform at their own responsibility. 2320 reserves the right to modify them at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To create an account at 2320, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts violate platform rules and may be suspended.
- An active mobile number is required to create an account.
- National ID verification may be required for identity confirmation.
- Accounts created with false information will be immediately closed.
Security & Personal Responsibility
Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. Immediately notify 2320 Support if unauthorized access occurs.
- You are responsible for all transactions made from your account.
- Regularly changing your password is a safe practice.
- Using or sharing someone else’s account is strictly prohibited.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 2320 platform is for personal entertainment only. Commercial use or automated software (bots) is strictly forbidden.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform is prohibited.
- Using fraudulent tactics or inconsistent betting patterns is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Using abusive language or threatening other users.
- Betting or payment from third-party accounts is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable, reserved by 2320.
Payment, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposit and Withdrawal Policies
All transactions on 2320 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via Bkash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Minimum deposit is ৳100.
Withdrawal requests are processed after verification and payment is made within the specified timeframe. Deposit and withdrawal names must match account registration details.
For payment disputes, contact Support with transaction evidence.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2320 may suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of Terms violation is found.
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified.
- If identity verification fails.
- If inactive for a long period (up to 12 months).
You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All content on the 2320 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and written materials — is the intellectual property of 2320. Reusing, copying, or distributing any of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property rights for third-party game content on the platform belong to the respective game providers and are operated under their licenses.
Liability
The 2320 platform is provided "as is." 2320 is not liable for technical issues, server downtime, or external interruptions affecting access, but will always strive to resolve known problems.
2320 is not responsible for issues caused by users' own devices or internet connections.
Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The 2320 platform may include third-party game providers whose own terms and privacy policies apply separately. 2320 is not responsible for their activities.
2320 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via registered mobile numbers or on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be addressed with Support. If unresolved, legal procedures in Bangladesh will follow.
